A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This confirms your slot and covers preparation time. Full balance is due on the day of your service.
We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice to reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. We respect your time — please respect ours.
You may supply your own hair, or we can source it on your behalf. We work with Remy and raw hair only. We do not guarantee results on low-quality hair bundles.
To maintain a peaceful studio environment, we kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests unless arranged in advance. Children are welcome with prior notice.
